Promotional
- Launch Your Podcast- We will create an account in Libsyn (or cleint’s preferred platform) and submit it to Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts and Spotify 
- Unless otherwise directed, we will create a Gmail account for the podcast and use that to submit to Google Podcasts 
- Apple Podcasts can be submitted directly through Studio Americana or through the client’s Apple ID - We should probably create a tutorial on how to submit to Apple with your own Apple ID 
 
- Spotify is submitted through Libsyn, but clients can also create their own Spotify account to “claim” the podcast once submitted. 
- Following approval of all three platforms, Studio Americana then transfers the Libsyn (or similar) account to the client. - Libsyn charges anywhere from $5-$20 per month to store audio, depending on how much you’re recording and what level of statistics you want to see. 
 
 
- Highlight Clip- A highlight clip is a piece of audio extracted from an episode that is then used as a promotional “teaser” on the front of the final version. 
 - Publishing Services- Whether your podcast is already active or brand new, our producers can upload, label, and schedule your episodes to air. 
- Requires access to login credentials for your podcast host site (Libsyn, Podbean, etc.) 
 - Transcription- We use an AI-based transcription services for our clients. 
- A fantastic tool to help craft blogs, create edits, and add to your website for SEO. 
- It is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate due to the AI technology. We like to say it’s 85% accurate and 15% hilarious 
 - Audiogram for social media- Studio Americana will extract an audio clip based on time codes given by the client and create a social media-friendly video clip with subtitles over a still of the podcast art. 
- Customized generic outros for audiograms are also available for a one-time fee of $100 
 - Video
- Customized Video Intro and Outro- Studio Americana will create a customized, generic video intro and outro to overlay each video episode 
- Video of the episodes will be trimmed to only include the body of the episode 
 - Video Editing- Billed by the quarter hour 
- The per-hour rate is based on 60 minutes of labor, not 60 minutes of raw video 
- Time-coded notes are required for any video editing
